We will reserve a booking for seven days to allow time for you to transfer your 25% non-refundable deposit and post your booking form. Once received, we will confirm by email and post a receipt as well.

Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival full payment is due with the booking. A security deposit of £150 must be added to the full payment.

The 10% discount is applicable during the "Low and Mid." seasons for parties of 4 or less.

During "Mid," and "Peak" seasons bed linen, 3 towels pp, gas and electricity are included. At other times electricity and gas are charged at cost, and bed linen and towels cost a one off charge of £7.50 pp if required.

During the "winter" the first week is charged at £50 more than subsequent weeks, and special long let rates (over 4 weeks) are available.
